Crooks caused my vehicle to not start properly. Incompetent and rude. Stay away, they will do more harm than good. I am suing them.

I needed to have the windshield replaced in my 88 Dodge Daytona Shelby-Z. Now mind you there were only about 500 of these cars made so it is very hard to find parts for it. The tech came out, said he had to have the T-Tops out to replace the windshield so he wouldn't have to break the trim around the windshield. Ok fine. Took the T-Tops out, he replaced the windshield, however when went back out there to check the work when he was done, he had broken EVERY piece of trim around the windshield and not only that there were pieces missing. The tech then had the nerve to try to say it was already broken...too bad I had before pictures showing that it was NOT broken. The tech "manager" came out the next day after saying he had replacement trim-now mind you told him several times it is different trim because of it being a shelby and because of the t-tops, he said no problem, he had the right trim. Well guess what, was the wrong trim and he still wanted to put it on my car-WITH GLUE!!!! Now we are waiting for the supposed bigwig manager to come out so he can see what he can do. Supposedly he is going to find the trim somewhere-which good luck on that-or have it custom made, does not seem to understand I don't want a custom job. What I want is for them to actually fix the car back to stock the way I WANTED it to begin with!! These people are morons with no respect for other people's vehicles!

The guys working there are good honest people and will continue doing buisness with them, they have helped me out more than once and the work was done correctly, I will refer all my friends and family there

Your friend must be retarded to let someone charge him for 7 new engines(thats one of the exspensive parts of a car). Or is it just you who doesn't know what you are even talking about.By the way, if it was such bad service why are you writing the review and not your friend who had to spend all the money and wasted his time? Can anyone say mind your own business?

better than the car dealer

I own a 2001 toyota camry and have been taking it to the selling dealer since day one for all the recommended services and all my oil changes. A friend of mine told me they had been going to Precision Tune for years and were very happy with there service and prices so I went to my local shop in Randallstown for a 75,000 mile service and not only did they get my car done the same day, BUT, it was over $100 less than what the dealer had quoted me the day before and I know the dealer would ahve been a lot more cause they always find something else wrong while I am there. I will be going to Precision Tune now.....thanks to Donald the manager and the mechanic who workd on my car for a good job and very nice treatment while I was there. Tonya Green Owings Mills
